The U.S.-Ukraine Foundation announces the creation of a new interactive, Internet webcasting program service, AHA! Network. The AHA! Network will communicate information relating to the Baltic-Black-Caspian Region and its relevance to U.S. and European foreign policy interests. The AHA!
